Osmosis

OSMOSIS explores the gradual assimilation of ideas and experiences through perception and unconscious association. While often aligned with Abstract Expressionism, my practice draws deeper inspiration from historical ink drawers and calligraphers. Maintaining a dialogue with artistic tradition allows reflection on universal human experience. Across painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video, and sound installation, my work seeks to slow perception and invite introspection, engaging the viewer’s intuitive responses beyond rational thought. OSMOSIS embodies this process, using history, philosophy, and natural beauty as filters through which meaning emerges. As Goethe proposed, art invites stillness and receptivity—encouraging viewers to think less, feel more, and discover their own interpretations.
